Jupiter - Juno Beach - Singer Island

Jupiter Florida

Jupiter Florida is a great place to live with a diversity of living choices from the Oceanfront condos and their awesome views to the Jupiter waterfront homes with dock space to have the neighbors from across the intracoastal waterway or the Loxahatchee River stop by. We also are fortunate to have the Rodger Dean baseball park located in the Abacoa area or Jupiter.  Rodger Dean stadium is the pre-season baseball home of the Florida Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. Of course after the pre-season is over we have the Jupiter Hammerheads and Jupiter Cardinals teams to entertain the baseball fans.

In the 1800's Jupiter's most identifiable landmark, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, was erected. The lighthouse stands 108 feet tall with 105 steps to climb. The land that is now Lighthouse Park was once a part of Fort Jupiter, a military installation that was formed during the Seminole Indian Wars. The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse was renovated in 2000 and painted its original brick-red color.

Jupiter Florida Real Estate and Jupiter Condos

Paradise - it's a great description for the area that we work.  When you start to see oceanfront condos like the Jupiter Ocean Grande and the Jupiter By The Sea condos or cross the Intracoastal Waterway and visit Admirals Cove and Jonathans Landing you will find samples of the finest that South Florida has to offer.  Abacoa has a lifestyle of its own and we look forward to showing you around this recently developed master community.  There are some great deals on the market if you are looking to live in Paradise.  Give us a call - we welcome the chance to assist you with your search.

Juno Beach Florida

When I relocated to Florida, Juno Beach was my choice to call home.  Juno Beach offers the relaxed lifestyle, small community feeling and quick access to all the services and businesses that a person could hope for.  We are only moments to the Palm Beach Gardens Mall, a short walk to the beach, the safety of Ocean Drive to ride a bike or exercise, and only a short ride to either Jupiter Inlet or the Lake Worth Inlet between Singer Island and Palm Beach for access to the Atlantic and the boating and fishing opportunities.  When a person wants to golf their are the local private communities of Seminole Landing and Lost Tree and also the North Palm Beach Public course on the intracoastal waterway on the south side. And all the Palm Beach Gardens golf courses to the West.

Juno Beach Real Estate and Juno Beach Condos

Juno Beach has a mix of single family homes, townhouses, oceanfront condos, and waterfront properties and rental units to choose from. Much of the area between PGA Blvd. and Juno Isles is unincorporated Palm Beach County instead of being part of Juno Beach. Along the east side of the Intracoastal is a combination of beautiful Juno Beach waterfront properties and a mix of single family homes.  Unlike much of Florida and the surrounding area the variety of homes really provides a neighborhood feeling to the area. The Juno Beach oceanfront condos include the Juno Beach Oceanfront, Juno Beach Waterfront, Juno Beach Beachfront and the Juno Beach Ocean Royale as the newest luxury condos. Properties like Juno Beach Brigadoon, The Horizon, The Juno Ocean Club all are on the beach with and sell quickly when available. The earliest of the Juno Beach oceanfront condos include the Juno By The Sea condos The Tower, The Surf, and the Manor.  For townhouses in Juno Beach check out the Cote De La Mer on the Beach and the new Juno Dunes, Juno Beach Ocean Ridge, and still in pre-construction the Juno Ocean Winds.

Feel free to contact me with your Juno Beach questions. We look forward to having you as a neighbor!

Singer Island Florida

Just to the south of Juno Beach you will find Singer Island.  Singer Island was origionally named after Paris Singer the famous developer of much of Palm Beach and the 23rd child of Issac Singer of Singer Sewing Machines.  In 1940 the City of Riveria purchased 1,000 feet of beachfront for $40,000. Palm Beach Shores located on the southern portion of Singer Island was incorporated in 1947 and continues to be a pocket community of Palm Beach County.  Sailfish Marina is one of the most famous existing landmarks on Singer Island and continues to be one of the focal points for culture in the area.  On Tuesday and Thursday evenings they host local artist with their crafts.  It is also popular with the charter fishing fleet.

MacArthur State Park covers much of the Northern part of Singer Island and provides a destination for nature lovers, kayakers, and people that are looking for a day of relaxation.

Singer Island Condos and Real Estate

Singer Island Florida provides breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean to the East and Lake Worth and the Intracoastal Waterway on the West.  Singer Island has had a number of new highrise condos built in the past several years including the One Singer Island, Resorts at Singer Island (a hotel/condo), Oasis, Via Delfino and the Beachfront. There are several developments underconstruction including 2700 North Ocean and Ocean's Edge.  Developments that have not started construction like the Amrit continue to be questionable in regards to their status.

Call my colleague Kathy Lewellen (561) 676-6333 and tell her Dave suggested that you contact her with your Singer Island questions :)

Kathy lives on Singer Island and it is her Paradise!
